Delete your account.
You can request deletion of your Dexas Holdem account and all associated data at any time, free of charge. This page describes exactly what gets deleted, what is retained for legal reasons, and how long the process takes.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to the email below. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account. Replies within 24 hours. Full deletion within 30 days of receipt.

What gets deleted

| Tournament history and saved games | Deleted | Including blind structures, player rosters, leaderboards |
| Player photos and league logos you uploaded | Deleted | Removed from both database and storage |
| League standings and team membership | Deleted | If you owned a team, members are unlinked. Members keep their own data. |
| Display share tokens | Deleted | Any active shareable display URLs stop working |
| Active subscription | Cancelled at next renewal | You won't be charged again. No refund is issued for the current period unless requested separately. |
| Email subscription / drip campaign | Unsubscribed | You can also use the unsubscribe link in any email |
What we keep (and why)

| Anonymized payment records | Retained 7 years | Required for tax accounting and audit. Identifying information (your email) is removed; only transaction amounts and dates remain. |

| Anonymized analytics (Plausible) | Retained indefinitely | Aggregate counts only. No personal identifiers, no per-user tracking. Cannot be linked back to you. |

⚠ This is permanent
Once we begin processing the deletion, your tournaments, players, and game history cannot be recovered. If you want to keep a record of your tournament history, export it as CSV from inside the app before requesting deletion.
How to export your data first (optional)
Before requesting deletion, you can export your data from inside the app:
- Open the tournament timer and sign in
- Open the Settings menu (top-right gear icon)
- Choose "Export tournament history" → downloads a CSV of every tournament you've hosted
- For Pro users: "Export player roster" → CSV of all players + lifetime stats
