Delete your account.

You can request deletion of your Dexas Holdem account and all associated data at any time, free of charge. This page describes exactly what gets deleted, what is retained for legal reasons, and how long the process takes.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to the email below. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account. Replies within 24 hours. Full deletion within 30 days of receipt.

If your email client doesn't open, send a message to hello@dexasholdem.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

What we keep (and why)

Anonymized payment records Retained 7 years Required for tax accounting and audit. Identifying information (your email) is removed; only transaction amounts and dates remain.
Server logs (IP addresses, request times) Retained 30 days For security and abuse detection. Automatically purged after 30 days.
Anonymized analytics (Plausible) Retained indefinitely Aggregate counts only. No personal identifiers, no per-user tracking. Cannot be linked back to you.
Emails we sent you Retained 1 year Transactional email logs at Resend for deliverability tracking

⚠ This is permanent

Once we begin processing the deletion, your tournaments, players, and game history cannot be recovered. If you want to keep a record of your tournament history, export it as CSV from inside the app before requesting deletion.

How to export your data first (optional)

Before requesting deletion, you can export your data from inside the app:

  1. Open the tournament timer and sign in
  2. Open the Settings menu (top-right gear icon)
  3. Choose "Export tournament history" → downloads a CSV of every tournament you've hosted
  4. For Pro users: "Export player roster" → CSV of all players + lifetime stats
